Ajáná pathik eseche ájike
Áno varańd́álá áno málá
Aguru-candan cetaná-nandan
Áno phot́á niipe bhará thálá

Sabáre bhálo básite se jáne
Sabáre nijer rákhe maner końe
Sabáre t́áne se sviiya ákarśańe
Nija guńe bholáy sab jválá

Táhár báhire kichui tháke ná
Táháre páoyár vratai sádhaná
Átmaparápara bhed se máne ná
Tár ahetukii priiti práńd́hálá

অজানা পথিক এসেছে আজিকে
আনো বরণডালা আনো মালা
অগুরু-চন্দন চেতনা-নন্দন
আনো ফোটা নীপে ভরা থালা

সবারে ভালো বাসিতে সে জানে
সবারে নিজের রাখে মনের কোণে
সবারে টানে সে স্বীয় আকর্ষণে
নিজ গুণে ভোলায় সব জ্বালা

তাহার বাহিরে কিছুই থাকে না
তাহারে পাওয়ার ব্রতই সাধনা
আত্মপরপর ভেদ সে মানে না
তার অহেতুকী প্রীতি প্রাণঢালা

Today the Unknown Pilgrim has arrived;
Bring a floral garland, bring a welcome-tray.[nb 2]
Agar- and sandal-wood, sensation's Eden;
Filled with kadam blossomed, bring a large plate.

Everyone to hold dear does He realize;
Everybody does He keep inside His own mind.
By His personal attraction all He does entice;
By His own merit, He makes them all forget burning pain.

On His outside remains nothing;
Getting Him, the only vow, effort holy.
Difference between self and others, He does not concede;
Heart-poured is His unearned favor.
